Deletion Request Process
1. For Creators Using the Mobile App:
- Step 1: Open the Glewee Creator mobile app.
- Step 2: Navigate to the “Settings” section within the app.
- Step 3: Select “Delete Account.”
- Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
2. For Brands Using the Web App:
- Step 1: Log in to the Glewee Web App.
- Step 2: Navigate to the “Contact Us” section.
- Step 3: Submit a request indicating that you would like to delete your account and associated data.
Important Information
- Data Retention: Once a data deletion request is submitted and processed, all personal information associated with your Glewee account will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible, and Glewee will not be able to recover any deleted information.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be fully processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
